I always be completely transparent from the start and say I donât have magic bullet (oh boy I wish I did!) or that magic red pill. But what I do have is the knowledge, education and expert guidance to help you overcome your hurdles with sustainable results for life.Â
I don't just believe that health is all physical either. I like to work with the whole person, looking at every facet of your life. I will not give you a rigid meal plan and list of random supplements and tell you "to get on with it', my work is about changing your habits slowly over time to create life long change. We will make it fit around your lifestyle, whether that's a mum(or Dad!), whether your 28 or 78 or if you have a super busy life of work, study and travel, ultimately it has to work for you.
With a background in Sports Performance, Functional Testing, Naturopathic Nutrition and also a Personal Trainer, I will always take a multifaceted approach.

Testing will alas provide full, bespoke insight for you and help to remove the noise in the wellness space, that we can so easily get caught up in and distracted by.Â

Dis-ease in the body, is often also linked to emotional suppressionâs and imbalances, such as repressed anger, irritability, grief, guilt and so on. Different organs of the body relate to various emotional states, for example, an imbalance in the liver and hormones can be felt as anger and anxiety, imbalances in the lungs can be felt as worry, grief and sadness leading to respiratory conditions like asthma.
Mental, Physical and Emotional stress all have an impact on our nervous system, and even more importantly the body knows no different between them.

A Personal Trainer of almost 18yrs after jumping ship from a corporate Investment role, I have never looked back. Numerous courses later, a Naturopath diploma, tackling and overcoming my own Chronic IBS (which I suffered with for about a decade), I am now supporting people on their health and wellbeing journeys.Â
I am here to provide you with honest, simple, effective advice. A zero bullsh*t, straightforward approach to unravelling any health concerns you may be challenged with. Concerns that have been troubling you for sometime and youâve tried numerous approaches but none seem to work.
